Ok, I have lost 24 lbs over the past year, but lately I want to eat everything that is bad for me, candy chips etc. What can I do to get back on the wagon, I can not find a motivation to get started again. Thank you for your answers.

Get out the pictures you took before and after dieting. Taking the pictures with you, go and buy some clothes and look at the pictures every time you try something on.
