how do i speed up the process of downloading TV shows from iTunes?

i am dying here... i am in love with a new(er) show, and it happens to be on iTunes.. its downloading and everything, but the first episode took me 26 hours to download, meaning my poor computer has been at it for way too long. someone told me that there is a setting where you can speed it up, and despite my many searches for it, i can't seem to find what they're talking about..

It all depends on your internet connection, if you are running dial up then you should really think about changing to Cable internet. I have cable internet and download shows in 5 minutes from I tunes.

id say the internet speed is what affects your downloading speed the most. what type of connection do you have? dial-up is probably the worst speed you can use for downloads. but you have dsl or broadband, you should probably ask your internet provider about the connection. gd luck
