I got my braces off Thursday. My ortho said if i used the strips right away it would make my teeth sensitive. He told me to wait a while but i forgot exactly how long. Does anyone know how long i shoudl wait?

by the way....i HATE how my teeth look...they look so BIG.....i dont kow what to do!
the nurse at the ortho said my teeth look amazing and that big teeth are good
but i think they look to big...is it just me??

Your worried about the color and the size of your teeth.I bet if you whiten them and shorten the lenght of your teeth you will have a problem with your arms possibly being too long.Stop being so self conscious and enjoy who you are.You look great and repeat this to yourself several times a day until it sinks in.Good luck

i do not see why it would harm, yet i'd wait possibly 2 weeks basically to be secure or in the adventure that your gums are not sore then you quite must be effective. i understand my teeth were sore some days when I were given my braces off.

im actually using them right now.. and i just got my braces off last monday... my dentist said i could use them right away... i dont see why it would make your teeth sensitive... just got for it!
