Picture this, ...an open field with green grass that goes for miles, and in the middle of this field is a tree that stands 10 stories high. Now there is only one branch on this tree and its at the very top. Hanging from this branch is a man, his hands are tied, his feet are tied an the only thing that he hanging on with is his teeth. A old man walks up an asks him a question ...HOW DOES HE ANSWER? now the object of this riddle is to answer without dieing HOW DOES HE ANSWER. He has to answer without using sound or movement an yes HE HAS TO ANSWER. ......P.S. he does not go to the bathroom.

His way of answering is by NOT answering; just hanging there by his teeth is enough for the old man to see he CAN'T answer or else he will fall and die.

I'm guessing the 10 stories high means 10 stories as in books high, so he is able to answer by talking as he's not falling far.

the question was "how did u get up there?" He answered by falling out of the tree. (He fell from an airplain???) He didnt die because he fell on the old man.
