Yes you can do it!! If you start today you can do it for sure. You must eat proteins and no foods made with white flour. Cut out sugar too as much as you can...instead of soda drink fresh brewed ice tea and lemon or water. There are great low fat sugar free juices too...just learn to read labels and know whats going in your body. Research on the net...you can learn a lot!! You don't have to workout a lot either..just by walking everyday and add some light wieghts twice a week and you can burn tons of fat.
You can do anything..remember that!! You just have to want it bad enough, you are worth it!! Good Luck!!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Yes you can lose it by exercising, and eating right, but the key is to keep it off. I personally dont believe in all the diet drugs out there, and I have been a personal trainer for over 15 years.
Usually when Im training my clients, I get them on a good low fat diet, an exercise plan that consists of 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weight training, usually alternating those days, and I always allow my clients 1 day rest along with 1 day of eating crappy!! Alot of times weight loss can happen quickly at first because of alot of water retention. Hope this helps, and good luck.

You can do it. Is it for the prom or graduation? Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Reading a book will take you hours but the information on a post, taking minutes to read, is not enough. The webpage below has just enough to know what you need to know. Links page has gov. Oh yeah, you can do it with no problems, and very few relapses. I just lost 15 pounds in three weeks, and I am still keeping it off. I just excercise everyday, and each very wisely. It's simple.
