When I was younger I somehow was able to learn to control my dreams to a degree. If I had a recurring nightmare, for example, I would alter it so it was no longer frightening. In your case, I would probably have evolved the snow white witch into a crippled elderly lady who only needed help with something. In this way my scary dream became a fulfilling happy dream.
I cant remember how exactly I was able to start controlling my dreams, but I do remember it was related to me realizing that I was just in a dream and not a real life scary encounter.
Good luck!

(1)Listen to relaxing music. We are on the same path I use to have the most terrifiying nightmares ever!!!
OR
(2)Do something that will make you become very sleepy, like read a book just before you go to sleep, so that you get extremely tired and don't even realize that you're actually sleeping!!! You won't even think about dreaming!, trust me, I didn't have nightmares for a whole 5 months!!!
â¥Hope this helps, and I hope you have sweet dreams!!!

Hi -
When I use to have nightmares, in my dream, I would always close my eyes shut really hard, and I would wake up right away, and get out of the dream.
Also, you can go to a store and get a sleep aid. They usually put you in a deep deep sleep, and you won't even dream.
Also, try sleeping in a different position then you normally do. And when you go back to sleep from having a nightmare, switch positions.
Good luck!

I don't know if you believe in God, but when I was younger I had nightmares, I asked God to help me and would fight the thoughts in my mind. I also started sleeping with a bible under my pillow and stopped watching shows that might trigger a nightmare. I have not had nightmares since I was young. So for me it worked. Good luck.
