i had my teeth filed down this morning
and they are now really sensitive and are tingling/smarting non-stop
is there anything ican do to ease the pain?

just start using crest sensitivity maximum strength...it takes a little while to work a week or so, it is no instant, but it works very well.

I can't believe your dentist didn't prescribe you lortabs or percets, go and ask for these. Other than that, nothing is really going to COMPLETELY ease the pain. Well, I hate to say but alcohol (liquor) might help but it may do more harm than good.

Take a Motrin, use sensitive teeth toothpaste, avoid extreme hot and colds beverages.

yea go back to the dentist and let them know whats going on and have them give u somthing so its not so bad who cares about stupid money its u thay should worry about...

orajel, maybe? i heard eating yogurt helps ur gums heal and washing ur mouth out with salt water at night.
