Anna Nicoles will left everything to her dead son Daniel. Please people if you have a death in your family that includes someone who is in your will -have it updated!!! If you have no will the state can place your children where you would not want them to be. Choose who makes decisions for your kids if something awful should happen to you. Make sure the people who handle the childrens money are reputable and honest. Not having a will is not really a responsible thing so make sure you have one and keep it updated so your money and kids are taken care of the way you want them to be.

Good advice. A will and life insurance were two of the "grown up" things my husband and I put off until after we had kids.

Or make it include a contingency for children who have been born but have not been listed.

as far as your chilrens sake as who they would go to if anything happens to you choose god parents. thats the purpose of having godparents!
