why oes my x convinced that she can control my my life even when we are not together? what is it that she needs to do in order to make her self feel good? yah yah i know you might say she isnt over me but that is not the case here! she is turning every one against me with half truths and lies!

Ouch there dude. I've got a female friend who's kinda doing the same thing to her ex. Only in this case a lot of the stuff she says is true. What sucks for me is I know the both of them and I try to be friends with the both of them. So yes I've become caught up in their break up. Tell your ex to stop it or else. Or else what? You'll get a restraining order and have her admitted to the psycho ward LOL. Seriously. She can't control you let alone herself. As far as her turning everyone against you with lies and such. Proove her wrong. Seriously you proove to those people that she's the liar not you and that the lies are just that lies. Make her out to be the fool. You can do it.

Your right alot of people will say she isn't over you..maybe she is saying lies because she can't stand to see someone else with you and knowing that you could be with someone else makes her upset..she is probably trying to get everyone mad at you because it may be a way for her to vent..I know it sounds dumb

if this was a long relationship and a messy break up it sounds like she is just very bitter about it. not knowing why you broke up and if this is an ex wife or just an ex gf , or if anything else was involved... well who is to say why she is doing that. part of it could be her not being over you and wanting to seek revenge for you not still being with her, or she could just be crazy..

She hates for whatever reason that you guys broke up, that she is hurting because of it. So she is firing back the best way she knows how. Heartache is a very serious pain and it's hard to control your actions because of it. She thinks that because she is hurting it's ok for you to hurt too.

I think she's carrying around a chip on her shoulder,,the controling part is what she can't help,,,that's probably why you broke up,,,When she finds the right guy,,she will leave you alone...mine did,,and now she's married..freedom at last..well good luck.hope this help's...

she is doing that to you be of guilt she has for herself and thinks it will make her feel better if everyone thinks you did all the bad things and not her
