I want to know what the Guidlines are for someone who is a registered sex ofender? I have a step sister her stepsister they are twins live with there mom (my stepsister and her stepsiters share a dad) and a man who is a registered sex ofender lives with them. Can he live with children if he is an ofender, and should I turn him in if he is not to be there.

i have a friend that dates a sex offender. he lives with her and her children. DCFS says it is ok. they just can't live within 500 feet of a school or a playground. i mean, you have to think that some sex offenders have children of their own and they live with them. i know that DCFS says it is ok, because they actually came to her house once for a incident that the kids reported at school (the kid claimed that the sex offender pushed him).

nope, he can't live with children.check the website for the local sheriffs office for more info. if its not there contact the office itself. turn him in. the kids should get out anyway if their mom is that stupid.

no, he can't live with them! does the mom know? that's the first person who should know. tell her. if she knows, then the girls need to live elsewhere.
