If God has a plan for everyone's life, then why is it that nobody knows what that plan is? And why is the world so screwed up? If there is a plan, it's not a very good one. A plan that is not executed well in the real, practical world is not a good one.
Who knows if there is a God or something else or not. What I do know is that everyone is forced to create their own plan. They can say it's God's plan, but it's really their own.

It's gods plan. We as humans instantly have this plan, blueprint for our lives and yes there are some things we do plan and make choices but there is just some things you don't have control over, for example, I was not having kids, did not want kids, just a no go, but no matter how I try to plan it sure enough I am a mother of a 2 & 1/2 yr old, Now being a mom I wouldnt change it for the world. No matter what i said, I was just destined to be a mom.

Well, God does have a plan but it doesn't mean that we have to follow it. Anyone can live be God's standards, like working hard and self-control, but they don't have to believe in Him. Also, anyone can say that there life is great, great is subjective depending on how you look at it. Hugh Hefner would probably say that he has a great life, but look at what he's done, how many families he's destroyed in the process through pornography. Also, God's plan isn't for life to always be great. Trials is what helps us become more like Him. If life was a piece of cake we would be pretty helpless and stupid. Look at the first christians, getting burned and eaten, would they say, "look i'm a chrisitan and my life is great!" no way, they would say, "i'm a christian, my kids are killed and my wife is a human lamp on the streets" anyways. you have to be careful about thinking that God is a genie and wants us all to be happy, he does wants what is best, but what's best with Him versus Us is different.

Our talents, intelligence, and looks are a function of genetics. And I think we need to give much more credit for the environment in which we are raised for shaping our personality and talents. And no, I don't believe there is some pre-made plan for us. I think we make choices every step of the way and we always have the opportunity to choose a different direction - although it may be very difficult and require taking on major burdens.

There might be someone out there who sucks at dancing, has no talent whatsoever. They learn how to dance and after a month VOILA, they're one of the best dancers out there
There is no "god", "he" didn't give us our talents. People's talents didn't appear out of nowhere. Do you think I'd be good at drawing if I didn't practice? Of course not.
So, I'd choose my plan, because I'm an atheist. No one has control over my life BUT myself, nobody makes choices for me.
I guess "god's" plan for some people were to rape, murder, and/or kidnap others. Please

God does have a special plan 4 all of us. He loves us all even if we don't know Him or don't believe in Him. We r given a choice to use our gift 4 God. He doesn't force us.

You live the plan for your life every day.
No one except God knows what it is.
You have your ups and downs and disappointments.
You have your hard times.
You have your good times.
There are periods in your life where you actually pray on the spot wherever you happen to be, this is part of the plan.
Life is a very funny thing, it is full of all kinds of things.
Some of them very hard.

You and your circle of souls on your spiritual level decided before you came here the general plan of your life and what you wanted to accomplish and learn and experience. Higher beings oversaw your plan and gave their approval of what you desired to learn and do while in corporeal form. Being a part of "God" and everything that exists, your plan meshes with the plans of others, so that everyone can grow and learn in spiritual ways while in bodily form. Don't worry about it so much. As long as you listen to your heart, you will be tuned in to what you need to do while you're here. Have fun. :)

God's plan is that all men be saved from eternal hell and damnation which is total separation from Him; based on one's own choice to accept His redemption in the person of Jesus Christ for the remission of sin.
To some it may be foolishness, and to others who are ignorant to the fact that Jesus is the only way to fulfill God's plan for mankind, it is best to hold fast your confidence in the LORD's plan and reject any other plan that does not comply with His.
Peace,
Hope

God creates us in love and creates us for a purpose. We spend most of our life trying to discover that purpose.
How? God reveals his purpose for us in the simple everyday things that happen.
* Does someone call you and talk to you about their problems?
* Does someone you haven't heard from in years email you?
* Do you have a strong sense that it is better for you and your family to do........
All of these experiences are ways God gently nudges us in the direction that will fulfill his plan.
We are Free. We don't have to respond to/in these various situtions, but when we do we slowly become the person God called us to be in creating us. Slowly but surely we discover our purpose a day at a time.
Hope this helps! I'm still trying to discover my purpose too!
