Acne can happen anywhere, even your ***. You can buy a acne fading cream. Usually the product will say something about dark spots. However, it depends on your complexion, if you are dark-skinned, be careful, because you will really see the difference. If you're light-skinned or yellow, it will be fine. You can also get it in prescription form, it's called "Retin-A" That one works great.

The dark spots should fade. Yes, acne can happen anywhere. When I was pregnant I had acne on my back and it caused scarring. If the dark spots does not fade a skin doctor can do things to help with the fading. I knew a guy that had terrible scarring from acne and the doctor made them nearly invisible.

Yes. There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at the link provided.

i used to be a fellow sufferer, however I am now using meladerm. acne spots, are fading after 2 weeks use only. can be bought in australia.let me know
