At my gym our cardio machines are treadmills, the bikes, the step-up things, and ellipticals.

I wanted 2 know which machine would be the best for loosing stomach fat because I believe the bike and elliptical might be more for the waist and below. SO...which one would be the best to use (for stomach)?

There is no such thing as spot reducing. You burn more calories by using more large muscles, which is what all cardio machines do.

The difference is in managing your heart rate, and in using the larger of the large muscles, in weight-loss heart rate (lower than cardiac fitness range) for a sustained amount of time. For a beginner, treadmill and elliptical would be my picks, followed by stair stepper and bike being last. Recumbent bikes don't even really engage your glutes. As beginner, treadmill will give you the greatest ability to go for a long time at the right heart rate. All the 1st 3 are weight bearing and engage more of the right muscles than bike. I would avoid stairs until you increase your cardiac cpacity. It will drive your heart rate too high for weight loss because the work is too hard.

All machines focus on cardio. Therefore, all machines will focus on losing fat regardless of which one you choose.

Fat loss during cardio doesn't vanish from the area you are exercising. It will be lost from the areas which contain the least amount of density. This means, if your arms have some fat, they have less amount than your buttocks. Therefore, the fat will be lost first in the arms, then the next area of less fat and so on until it hits the most fatty area, which is the buttocks for women and the stomach for men.
