Tylenol contains paracetamol, an antipyratic and an anti-inflammatory drug. So it is better to take after food. Vitamins always should be taken after meal and if dose is once a day, preferably should be taken after breakfast.

It's ok to take tylenol on empty stomach unless you're taking a high dosage like 800mg (thats 4 tablets of the store bought kind which are 200mg each). Some people have a sensitive stomach so it's recommended they take it with food.

As for vitamins, it's recommended to take with food for two reasons, better absorption and for better tolerance. Some people get nauseous when they take vitamins on an empty stomach.

No to both. First, with the Tylenol, medication can do damage to the lining of your stomach and food helps with that. Second, with vitamins, you need to have food to absorb it, if not it will just pass right through. Every vitamin is different, some are water soluble and others are not. I know that with calcium it is best to take with milk.

Vitamins are ok, but any kind of aspirin on an empty stomach could cause stomach ulcers and make your stomach bleed. I would suggest atleast drinking a glass of milk with it if you dont want to eat anything. Good luck.
