what does it cost to file immigration petition for relative?

My husband needs to file immigration papers for his daughter, what is the approximate charge and how long does it take? Thank you.

go to INS and get the papers that he needs I am sure they will give him a list fo money orders that he need to send with the form and how much that will be the cost...How long all depends if he is a citizen here it will be fast about it 6-9 months I guess that is the most but if he is just a resident here it will take longer...
