This will fill you up...
eat some Mentos followed by a nice, big glass of Diet Coke.

Try eating throughout the day instead of 3 meals. East breakfast, then start snacking on Granola bars, applesause ect. Then around 10 or 11, start snacking on chips, crackers, nuts ect. Then between lunch and dinner snack a little more. Eat a big dinner and stop eating about 3 hours before bed.

Sugar and refined carbs tend to make you feel hungry again shortly after you eat them. Avoiding sugar and refined carbs, and instead eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and proteins, will help. The more quickly a carb is on the glycemic index, the more quickly it'll enter your bloodstream, and the more quickly you'll feel hungry again after eating it.

When eating carbs alone, choose those that have a lower glycemic index, or combine them with proteins and fats (a good fat - such as monounsaturated) to slow down their absorption into the bloodstream.

The above tips have helped me be hungry less often.

Another possibility is that you're diabetic or hypoglycemic. You can lookup the symptoms of those conditions to see if you have another other symptoms, or you could see your doctor to rule out that possibility.

First of all, eat often.

For breakfast, a bowl of cereal with a banana. I prefer rice chex with a banana sliced in the cereal. Use 1% or skim milk. Drink a glass of water, too. You can add a "little" sugar or honey if you need to.

Mid-morning eat a breakfast bar, granola bar, etc. Drink a bottle of water, too. It's very important to eat at this time. It keeps you from pigging-out at lunch time.

For lunch, eat anything you want, but just one serving. No buffets! Again, drink water.

Mid-afternoon eat another snack - I recommend an apple. Once more, drink a bottle of water.

For dinner, eat anything you want, but just one serving. Again, no buffets! AND - drink water.

Late night snack - not allowed. You'll just have to live with this hunger pain! But - do drink another glass of water.

Water is the key. No soda or juices. Get your fruit juices from eating fruit. That way you at least get the fiber. No diet soda either - people just fool themselves by thinking diet is okay - it's not. It's full of artificial sweeteners and chemicals that are very harmful. Eat often, eat healthy, drink nothing but water and that little bit of milk with your cereal.

Wet cement is not the answer... obviously :-P If you can stomach them, raw potatoes WILL make you feel full.... not very pleasant though, I tried this once on a dare and I wished that they offered cardboard instead.

You may in fact have a high metabolism and process food quickly... I find that when I want something to make me feel full, I look towards Italian or Mexican cuisine. (Not Taco Bell) I might also suggest drinking a glass of water before eating as it will reduce the volume of your stomach and make you feel "full" faster. Hope this helps some.

usually what I do is have a large glass of water or juice next to me while I eat. After every bite I take a drink and so it helps me get full without consuming the whole portion. Also try drinking plenty before you eat.
Also try healthy shakes. GNC has lots of flavored shakes that help aid hunger and are healthy for you also.
