This is what you should do. Try to find something cocky and funny to talk about her dress for example. Or about something that is happening in the surroundings. With confidence go near her and say 'Hi' then start talking about it. Don't try to talk for too long. What you talk about is not as important as your confidence and body language. Say that you have to leave and ask for her phone number saying you would like to talk to her later. All this is assuming that the girl is a decent personality. If she takes offence she is not worth dating anyways.

simple go talk to her and if she responds keep on talking and let the time do the magic and if she does not like well she is not the only good looking gurl around ;)

I HAD ALSO SAME CASE BUT WE CAN COME CLOSER MY HELPING THEM AND THEN GRADUALLY COME CLOSE TO THEM AND THEN A GOOD JOB IN WINNING THEM.
