Looking cute whenever she passes you in the hall is not enough- she has to actually know who you are to really like you (unless you're drop dead gorgeous...). So join a club that shes in. Do a project with her. Smile, flirt. If you don't put yourself out there, she'll never know. All that time she might have liked you back- so just wink, tease, trip. Flirting jokingly is the best way to go. Let her know.

Tell her! You have no idea how many girls are out there just wishing that for once a guy would approach them! What do you have to loose? Even if she blows you off atleast you'll know to move on, you won't spend weeks admiring her for nothing. Also, even if she is not interested you will gain respect for at least trying, and maybe you'll end up impressing someone else. Approaching her in person would be best, but if you can't bring yourself to do that leave her a note, send her a message, etc. If you don't want to come out and tell her you like her right away, just find a way to approach her and make small talk, and just see how things go.

first, u dont know for sure that she doesnt even know that u exist.... before u tell her that u like her. smile at her if u see her. then start talking a bit with her.... and then tell her. if u just go up to her and say "hey i like u" that may b really weird and awkward (especially for u). another way to let her know that u like her is by writing her a note. or get a friend to tell her. good luck!

Let her know that may be directly or indirectly ..if she doesnt respond for a considerable time.. my advice for you is to not to waste your precious time running behind an illusion...Divert your energies to the most suitable direction

i'm a girl so i know these things... you should write her a letter or something girls looooovvveee that or just write a sticky note letting her know someone cares, you could stick it on her locker or even her binder
