Ok the problem is you went on a diet instead of a lifestyle change. First and foremost don't ever vomit to rid yourself of binge eating. Drink lots of water and take in more exercise. Lifestyle changes are NECESSARY to maintain the weight loss...otherwise you will gain it back plus some. Teach yourself that you MAY indulge once a week, but you also have to exercise 30 mins more on that day.

Every minute is a new minute. Start over at your next meal and choose well! I always give myself a day off a week, or more like a night off where I had a dinner of whatever I wanted and just ate wisely. Last year I lost a lot of weight...about 30lbs. Keep diligent with your diet, just don't beat yourself up when you slip.

Let me just tell you something. I am on a diet. I made a mistake and ate a sandwich. I said the same thing, should I throw it up just this once? So I did. It was just once.
Now, let me tell you this--this was 3 years ago that I am talking about. After that time, once turned into every day, then I starved myself, then I went back to throwing up, then psychiatric medicines failed to help me, then I got more medical problems, etc.
This is still going on.
How about just letting the mistake go and trying not to do it again?

First of all, I'd like to say congratualtions. You are doing a great job. I have been struggling with my weight for so long. Right now, I am on diet, but it's too soon to know if I'm doing well.
As of you, of course it's bad that you chated. But, don't try to throw up. You are not supposed to make your body do things it doen't see it should do. Just don't cheat again. A bit more exercise than usual can help, too.
Good luck, buddy! And, remember, I'm looking up to you!!

Look, just because you had a minor relapse, doesn't mean you should start being hard on yourself. Just get back on it and keep up with your diet plan. You're NOT fat for your size. You shouldn't just go toss your cookies to make it go away.

You're okay. You can cheat a little one day a week and not suffer for it. In fact it's better to do that then go on a major binge that never stops.
