there is no right or wrong answer to this question, as it is often said that as we get older we become less sociable and more shy around others hence the awkwardness of dating, but on the other side of the coin it is said that as we get older, we gain wisdom and maturity so that when it comes to dating we are often as not less concerned with the details, such as who knows who, and race or creed, as we have left all that nonsense behind, plus most of the older generation have less hang-ups to worry about ,

Yes and no!
When you reach your late twenties or thirties and wish to date you find that all the nice ones are either taken or emotional f**kwits!
But
When you do meet someone and start dating it is easier, you are more comfortable with yourself so ooze in confidence, you know what you want in life so spend less time with losers.

You get more self conscious. You are so aware of the passing of time, that it's even more difficult to take things lightly when you actually should.
