Does he like me? Is this flirting?

Please tell me if this is flirting. I'm 13, but I'd still like to know, even though I'm too young to date. Okay, first of all, the boy I am talking about is shy and doesn't have too many friends, but I like him, anyway. He's nice. Anyway, is this flirting:

1. He grabs my binder and starts to run away with it, saying, "Let's switch!"
2. A fat kid makes fun of me(calls me enormous, but it was a joke), and he steps in and says, "Stop flirting with her! Leave her alone!"
3. He lets me borrow his science homework, but he doesn't even let his own guy friend borrow it.
4. I give him a piece of candy on valentines day(for letting me copy his homework), and he says, "Oh, I'll give it to Tony and say it was from you," but he was just kidding. (Tony is a large and unattractive kid who is mean and in special ed)
5. I had to write about my grandpa, and he stole my paper and wrote "She thinks her grandpa is hot". He was kidding, and started to laugh. I changed it to his name instead of"she".

6. His voice cracks when he talks to me.
7. He tells me to push the kid who always blocks my locker, and I say, "Why don't you do it for me?" He responds with, "No- I already get in trouble." (He doesn't)
8. He tells me personal stuff, like, "My parents make me play that sport, but I hate it."

9. He addresses me as "Hey you", which he doesn't for any other girl.
10. He doesn't talk to other girls much.

Well, I mean, I do like him, but I want to be absolutely sure he likes me. He's way too shy to ask me out or anything like that, but then again, so am I. I've never been liked, as far as I know, and it would be wierd if he likes me. I mean, his cousin did say she knows who he likes, but that was before he ever started socializing with me(it was at the beginning of the year). Also, I don't want to be rejected, because people around the school will start talking about it. Is there any flirting tactics that I can use on him, and his response to them will tell me?

Yes it sounds like he likes u & it sounds like u like him back. =-)

So now what do u intend to do about it? =-) I mean I see many red flags saying he likes u and u like him back. Why would he go thru all this if he didn't like u sweetie?

It's cute the way u two play with each other, he could be ur future husband and this would be a cute story to tell ur kids =-)
