It's not just this site. Most people who are into evil stuff don't want to hear it so shooting the messenger is easier than having to listen to the message. You just need to pray for them. The Holy Spirit is the one who'll do the convicting. We just need to be obedient when we're told to speak.

Dear midge,
The true Gospel is so distasteful to sinful man. Unsaved man does not want to hear the commandments of God nor obey them. In fact, natural man (unsaved) cannot obey the Bible. The "Pharisees" (religious leaders of Jesus' day) could not "see" Jesus (God) though they were very religious and had the Old Testament Scriptures. They went through all the ceremonial requirements to attest that they (the Pharisees) were God's children but they were spiritually dead (children of satan). The Bible tells us that satan and his children come as "angels of light" (2 Corithians 11:14-16). As you know they hated Jesus and wanted Him dead. The Bible also tells us that satan is very proud--he wants to be God (Isaiah 14:13-17). Likewise satan's children are filled with pride also.
The true children of God will be meek and humble of spirit. We just faithfully give the Gospel out and the Lord will save whom He has chosen. There are many "false gospels' here in Y/A Religion that say we can "accept" Jesus or say a prayer to become saved. This is a lie (Galatians 1). But if you are giving the true Gospel you can be assured that many will despise you. Look at Hebrews 11.

Why don't you take some time to learn something instead of constantly placing false traits on those who don't agree with you.
