Generally coffee has more than tes. Herbal teas usually don't have caffine.

Regular coffee is highest in caffeine. Espresso coffee has less caffeine than regular coffee. Tea has the least caffeine compared to the others.

per cup coffee has more caffeine but per pound tea has more as coffee beans are heavier than tea leaves so you need a lot more tea leaves to make a pound.
