how do i make sure he says yes when i ask him out..?

i dont deal with rejection well. but i think he likes me.

There really is no way to make sure that he says yes. But look: the worst thing that can happen is he says no. It will seem like the end of the world at first, but trust me, it's not. You'll get over it, amazingly. I mean, I just got over rejection, and it really isn't that bad.

If you really want to know, maybe you can ask him if he likes you (although most people would just say no, no matter what) or have a friend ask him if he likes you. Tell him to tell you the truth, and see what he says.

OK, there's this book called "he's just not that into you." It's a great book and it really helps give your more confidence and really answer those baffling dating and male behavorial questions. I've had lots of bad experiences with men and now I'm married and we have a 6 month daughter. So I feel obligated to pass on my knowledge in the dating and love department.

OK, do not ask him out. Guys love to get what they want, if he wants you he will pursue you. You don't have to do anything. And there is no garauntee to avoid rejection. That comes with the territory. But bottom line, you don't need to pursue anyone, men will seek you out if they are interested. Simply just live your life, do things that make you happy. Eventually you will tickle someones fancy and that guy will make the effort to be with you.

Ask him to do something that he can't say no to. Like a concert, ball game, outdoor activities. Find out what his interests are and go from there. You could always plan out a group activity with his friends and your friends.
