Though I do beleive it's vital to vary your ab workout...
I personally have only used the ab lounge of the above list.
For me...I keep my abs in shape with massive reps of crunches/obliques/sit ups.
Although I'd like to try the ball thing, just never have.

neither. all those are just trying to sell you a bunch of crap and take your money. Honestly the only GREAT sure fire way to get great abs is pilates! i know you may feel weird doing it but things like the bicycle, crunchs (half sit-ups, dont go up all the way), and laying on the ground and lifting your legs up and bringing them down and up again extremely slowly. They all work great!

Use them all. Don't stick with doing one ab routine. The more you change your routine, the better your body responds.

gym balls, exercises like : air bike
alternate heal touchers
bendings
crunshes
are good for abs.....
