My body has changed so much during menapause, that anything I try does not work!! I'm not one of those that think a "pill" will take it away, I am very health consience. I have read many articles about various diet aids that may or may not help. Such as...Zantrex 3, Estrin D, and Relacore and now even "combo Pilling... has anyone had any luck with these products?? I was stuck several months ago, and tried something different that worked for awhile, but now that doesn't even work!! No, I am not one of those woman that are ...obsessed with weight losss or think I need to be a size 2...I'm 5'1 and weigh 139lbs. Normally i wear a size 8 maybe 6. I am now into a tight 10!! I just want to fit into my clothes and be comfortable and healthy. Any suggestions?

try this it works and you get help all the way, if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing

Just eat a reduced calorie, well balanced diet, and get plenty of exercise. I'm sure your doctor wants you lifting weights now to ward against osteoporosis, but in combination with cardio, you can lose weight too. You say you are very health conscious, so why stop now by popping speed? Those diet pills just raise your pulse artificially, and can cause heart damage.

Eating healthy and working out might be the key to the perfect body? Don't see why he should waste money on a diet if he's nearly perfect already.
