Rosalynn Carter, Jimmy Carter's wife and First Lady, has sent me this note: Dear Friend,
All over the wordl we want the same things for our families: love, happiness, education, and good health. Unfortunately, there are so many people with so little who give up because the obstacles they face seem overwhelming. Please take this opportunity to join our efforts to bring hope and a promising future to those less fortunate all over the world. Thank you, (signed) Rosalynn Carter

I wish that I could help, but I am underemployed and disabled with a 50% VA rating. Or differently enabled. But end result is same right now. I can't afford to help them. Can you?

Write Rosalynn a personal letter and tell her you received her letter and that you are, in fact, one such one of whom she described. Ask her what help is available through the Carter Center that would make a difference in your life?

Bless you, no I can't help either.
