grow up. If you people think those people won't get fired if they use those terms your crazy and what does "forbidden" mean to you anyway. Any "thinking" person would see what those terms meant.

This is a country where all the men wear skirts. What do you expect?

You used the word forbidden when in fact it was only a directive offering advice and recommendations about a code of conduct designed to discourage homophobia-nothing was actively forbidden and no one is to be sanctioned for using those terms so you lied. The advice is obviously over the top but it does not reflect the statement you made so you misrepresented the facts to suit yourself.

Edit-You've never been to Scotland and you know nothing about it or its employment laws. It's a free country unlike the US-you don't get fired from a job no matter what you say and that is a cast iron fact. My country isn't some third world banana republic like the United States where people are scared to open their mouths.

You said in your question that they were FORBIDDEN to use the term. That said it was suggested they don't.

Very big difference.

Language as used in the context of ideology does have power. I see nothing wrong with it. Is it overly sensitive? Sure. Is it hurting anyone? No.
