because he's a midget and when it rains he has an umbrella and can reach the 100th floor button on the elevator- sunny days he can only reach 50 so he has to take the stairs the rest of the way.

He is a midget, and can only reach as high as teh 50th floor button in the elevator, and doesn't like to ask for help from others in the elevator. When it rains, he carries an umbrella, wich he can use to push the higher button.

Its because the man is short.... he can't reach the button in the elevator for the 100 floor but on rainy days he can use his umbrella to push the button.

My guess is water, and here's why: I turn polar bears white - They're white so that they blend in with the ice/snow and I will make you cry. - Tears I make guys have to pee - Self-explanatory and girls comb their hair. - When they get it wet I make celebrities look stupid - When they get drenched with water and normal people look like celebrities. - Possibly, when they flip their hair back out of the water I turn pancakes brown - As the batter dehydrates and make your champagne bubble. - The carbonated water If you squeeze me, I'll pop. - A water balloon If you look at me, you'll pop. - Too deep into the ocean Anyway, that's the best I could come up with, so I hope that's the answer.

The man is a midget. The 100 button is too high up and he cannot reach the 100. So, when he has his umbrella with him he can use it to depres the button.

The man is a "little person" (what some refer to as a midget). When it is raining, he carries an umbrella, which allows him to hit the buttons.

Is it that the elevator is powered by hydro electricity? Lay terms: powered by water, i.e. the rainfall?

this is too hard! the people in my house have two theories going. One is he empties the rain gauge on the roof. the other is that if it was raining, he wouldn't want his slippery shoes from the rain to cause a fall if he takes the stairs.
