You can buy instant coffee, which dissolves in water, but it's not really the same. Also some stores sell coffee that is in a little paper envelope like tea that you let steep in water. You could maybe fashion one at home out of a regular filter filled with coffee. Twist the top several times so that it is sealed tight and then wrap a rubber band around it to keep it shut. Then just add it to boiling water that has been removed from the heat and let it steep until it reaches the desired color that you'd like. Hope that helps.

Take a coffee filter with coffee in it,and tie a rubber band around it. Boil some water, and dip the filter in the coffee like you are dunking a tea bag. After the water starts to boil turn it off, and continue dunking for a few minuets.

Take a coffee filter and put it over your cup, hold it there with rubber band. Put one scoop of coffee grinds in the filter. Then pour hot water slowly into the cup.
OR
Boil the coffee grinds with water on the stove. Then drain it with the filter on the cup.
If you don't have a filter use a napkin or paper towel.

Well, I'll use mugs or even cups. For the best result, use instant coffee 3 in 1 rather than the other one.

They have coffee bags like tea bags at the grocery store now I believe or there is also instant coffee

Pour hot water onto a spoonful of ground coffee in a cup, let it settle, and dont drink it right to the bottom!

If you have coffee grounds......Boil water, use a paper towel or napkin in a strainer put a scoop of coffee grounds and pour boiling water into strainer lined w/ paper towel. make sure you have a bowl or cup under the strainer

that's called jungle coffee.boil water have cup in hand thin piece of white cloth, put coffee grounds in cloth pour hot water over it. .. don;t forget the brandy.lol
