5 Months old. Throws up spit. Lathargic. Licks like she has peanut butter on roof of mouth, bites paws like something is stuck. Yessterday i was feeling around her mouth and a baby molar popped out. Last night she ate and drank even some crunchy bits. Today she just wants to cuddle. We live 100 miles from nearest vet & curcuit vet is not due for 2 weeks.

Puppies do lose their baby teeth at about 4 months old. That's normal. No concern. The fact that she's lethargic is concerning. It's not terribly concerning as long as she's eating and drinking and not having vomiting or diarrhea. If anything like that happens, she really needs to see a vet.

She probaly is teething if she chews on her paws, molar pops out, and licks her roof of mouth. I don't know why she is lathargic and throwing up spit, though...

It sounds like she is teething. The fact that she is lethargic could be worms or some form of illness. Is she gaining weight? Hows her stool? Her appetite? Is she vaccinated? Seeing your veterinarian is a good idea.
