There is a boy in my grade that I kind of like I little bit. He always says stupid things to me, joking around, like "So why didn't you let me copy off your test this morning?" The only problem is he's kind of popular and known to most girls as "annoying," so I can't tell if he's just talking to me to be friendly, or if he likes me, or what. We're in a couple of classes together, and in one he talks to me a lot, just says stupid stuff. Does he like me?

I can't speak for another person, just what I would do personally.
If I wasn't attracted to someone it would not be in my time
schedule to pay attention to them. If I liked them I would not say
or do stupid things unless I didn't know better. I would survey
whether that person has the capacity to say or do smart things
sometime and then you would know his potential. Ask him if the
reason he pays attention to you is because he likes you. A pointed
direct question to him will let him know you are not afraid or
nervous about him being close and may, repeat may, gain
his respect and admiration. That may lead to wonderful things
down the road for you. Anything is possible.

Sometimes boys are silly when their younger, and teasing girls is one way for them to let you know they like you,that's their way of showing it instead of coming right out and letting you know.It could be that they are afraid of being rejected by the girl.If he has a reputation of being annoying to most girls then it could just be that's his personality.Try asking him why he is always bothering you,say it joking around if he likes you,that's one way of finding out for sure.It all depends on how much you like him.

What grade are you in? That makes all the difference. Younger boys use mean teasing to flirt, and older boys tease like you were talking about to flirt. Flirt with him and see how he reacts. That will let you know if he likes you.

Generally, I act that way toward girls I don't really like in that way. The girls I do, I'm very introverted, very careful on what I say, and so on.

He probably likes you. But if he's really asking to copy off you, he's probably not very honest and thus not a good guy to get attached to.

I think he likes you , boys don't mature as quickly as girls and they have silly ways of letting a girl know they like them.

if you want to make sure you can say you'd love to see some movie and see if he takes the hint and asks you to go to it with him
