For years now, i have gotten Side Pains if i walk to fast, walk alot, run, or sometimes just 4 no reason. I recently have gotten pelvis pains. What are all the possible reasons why your side or pelvis would hurt? Ive seen a doctor and they told me theres nothing wrong but its been happening for years and thats kind of strange.

Molasses - a couple of swigs or Bananas 1 or 2 - both contain magnisium and potassium for muscles.
Try working with the principles taught in The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I use a chiropractor and massage therapist with it.

I don't know how old you are but Osteoporosis could be the answer. Especially if it runs in your family. You could even be just in your 20's or 30's.If you are short-ish, thin and of Northern European heritage you might ask your Dr. for a test. It's very similar to an x-ray except you stand up during it.

Maybe you've got arthritus in your pelvic bone, or maybe when you were younger your partially tore a ligament or something. I've always found with injuries it's best to get a second or third oppinion.

Hun I'd definately go and see another doctor, if it's been bothering you for that long something isn't right. Go to a walk in clinic for a second oppinion. Trust me it never hurts.

Good luck

Sounds like a UTI - Urinary Tract Infection. You should see your doctor to get it checked and also to get medication for it. UTIs are fairly common while pregnant - brought on by the many changes that your body goes through while pregnant. Hope you feel better - goodluck with your pregnancy!
