You've got some great ideas here, but I want to point out that whatever you choose to sing for your sister and her husband, make sure it fits you vocally. The trick to singing well is what you decide to sing. If you try to sing something that's completely out of your range, it will show, and you won't sound well. If you pick a completely classical piece (there are some lovely italian arias about love), but have a very jazzy style, that won't sound well either. Maybe even work with a voice teacher who can help you choose. Then, practice, practice, practice, because you're going to be nervous and emotional. Good luck to you, and congrats to your sister!

I like
At Last--Etta James
or
I Could Not Ask for More--Edwin McCain or Sara Evans
Both songs have nice, meaningful words.

How about something by John Denver like the Weding Song or Annies Song?
Or anything real classical, something opera style.

The best song would be a song that has meaning to your sister and her husband to be...I would ask them cuz its their wedding and you could make your song more enjoyable and personal for the on their special day....if they don't have any ideal get a list and make a cd for them to listen to together to make a choice.
