Since God made the sun, moon, and stars “to give light upon the earth” (Genesis 1:14–18), those lights would be immediately visible on earth. They fulfilled their purpose on the day God spoke them into being, because He “saw that it was good.” No doubt God also made Adam as a fully-grown man—perhaps with the appearance of being 30 years old, even though he was only minutes old. Likewise, herbs and trees were already mature and fruit-bearing, to provide a ready supply of food. That would be the case with all of His creation.

~~~David,,,, The major Flaw in your argument is found in your assertion of "No doubt,,,etc," where you expose your fatal weakness of Dogmatic Principles, therefore rendering your Logic(?),,, or Science,,,,invalid. Also the Creation Myth of Christianity is plagiarized from many philosophies which predate Jesus AND the Timeframe of Genesis in the JudeoChristian Motif. Sure, I would argue it,,, but it's not very challenging,,,
Yeah, Adam was full-grown. That shaves 30 years off the discrepency between the age of the earth between creationists and evolutionists. Now if you can just account for the rest of the 4.5 million....
No, it's not, since some stars weren't there 6,000 years ago. The supernova that produced the Crab Nebula detonated more than 7,000 years ago and the light reached us in 1,054AD. He would have had to have destroyed the star before he created it.
so, he instanced everything immediately and fully grown?
Then why take 6 days to create everything?
And why spend 5 of those 6 days fiddling with earth (seas, land, creatures, plants etc) and create EVERY STAR AND PLANET in the universe on day 4?
And why did he need rest?
Gee, you seem to have it all figured out.
Can you explain why God first created, then allowed to go extinct 99% of all fauna that has ever existed?
Can you explain why God created a universe at least 27 billion light years across when humans occupy 0.0000000000000000000000001% of it?
If that was the case then there shouldn't be any evidence to suggest evolution. But since this evidence of evolution I guess your idea is wrong.
