These may be company stores like Sherwin Williams or others, or private ownership. A phone call will find out what they sell. Such stores will be mostly residential, airless units.

For spray guns, which can be anything from simple to high grade automotive, start with Sears for medium grade, Harbor freight for equipment from cheap to good, and auto paint strore for top end.
