Any hardware or do-it-yourself center. Talk to a clerk to make sure you get the right machine for the paint you want to use. There is a difference depending upon the density and porosity of the paint.

Depends on what you want. If you want professional equipment, look in your phone book and find specialty paints stores that serve the painting trade. These may be company stores like Sherwin Williams or others, or private ownership. A phone call will find out what they sell. Such stores will be mostly residential, airless units.

For spray guns, which can be anything from simple to high grade automotive, start with Sears for medium grade, Harbor freight for equipment from cheap to good, and auto paint strore for top end.

Lots of sources online- just search for "spay paint equipment".
