Anony, I would just like to add that I don't eat chicken wings live and I KNOW where it's come from locally and I know what sort of free range life it's lead and that it hasn't been fed any crap and It isnt over sized. It's had a healthy life under the sun and is twice as long as the supermarket chickens. All in all for a chicken it lead a good life

Well Mrs.B ,if you must fry them make sure you do it properly and get them good & brown! But they are so fattening anyway that you may as well have a lard sandwich & cut out the middleman. Much better to put them in the oven. Try using a Chinese sticky sauce, not the rubbish you see in the supermarket. Try the Lee Kum Kee stuff; I can recommend it.

well i am not quite sure you should fry your chicken, its rather mean, but if you insist and you plan on eating the poor chicken i would suggest plenty of monosodium gluconate, you should be able to find it at any health food store, in addition to that you might wish to invest in a collection of assorted peppers, you should use them sparingly, no more than one pepper of each type to a chicken, and for a tasty switch up try frying in coconut oil, it is a wonderful alternative to some of the more fattening and unhealthy oils. don't be afraid of the peppers, they aren't really as hot as they appear on tv, just make sure to not touch your privates after cutting them, ouch that hurt.

also, there are a number of bonus nutrients you should be sure the chicken has ate, make sure it has been fed lots of ephedrine and antibiotics, these substances along with lots of free range roaming are considered the little small things when it comes to chicken but let me asure you the only thing better than chemically balanced chicken is gmo chicken, and we all know how dangerrous gmos are........

Medium brown when you take them out they will continue to cook, try using this.

Its fast and easy!

INGREDIENTS
8 chicken wings
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons sweet sherry
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1 quart oil for deep frying
DIRECTIONS
To Marinate: Place the chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl. In a small bowl mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sherry, salt and pepper and pour mixture over chicken; turn to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.
Remove chicken from marinade, disposing of any remaining marinade. Mix all-purpose flour with corn flour in a shallow dish or bowl and toss wings in flour mixture until well coated.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or deep fryer and deep fry wings until crispy and cooked through (juices run clear). Drain on paper towels and serve.

If you leave them plain they should be a light golden color when they are done. There may be black blood around the bones, but as long as the blood isn't red they are done. I always add my favorite hot sauce to them, or you could sprinkle them with garlic powder, lemon pepper powder, you could dunk them in BBQ sauce or you could dip them in terriyaki sauce. Anything you would dip a nugget in, you can dip a wing in.
