Yes. I would say it's even healthy for both the mind and the body. Be honest and responsible for your own feelings and health. I would have to say also that a sexual commitment is very important in an arrangement such as this.

More then likely one or both are sleeping around with multiple partners, sounds like a STD waiting to happen.

Why waste your time on a relationship that means nothing at all?

absolutely fine, just make sure both of you are on the same page so one doesnt get unrealistic expectations (get feelings hurt)...
