It use to be good... what happen?

the company probably took out all the "bad stuff" that was making it taste good and put in all the "good and healthy stuff" that now makes it taste like crap!

I live in Tokyo and just paid $12 a box for 2 boxes of Honeycomb to be shipped over from the US only to find that it tastes a bit like Cap'n Crunch now! I was thinking perhaps I hadn't had it in so long I had forgotten what it was like...thanks for asking this question!!

Who says honeycomb cereal tastes like crap NOW? I thought it tasted like crap long time ago.

I think Honeycomb is still all right... But Honey Nut Cheerios and Cocoa Puffs are really terrible now! The texture has changed, and they seem to just disintegrate in milk.
My theory is that newer processes can puff up grain even more -- resulting in lighter, airier pieces that have a grainier texture and get soggy in like 2 minutes.

You are so right. I thought it was just me. And I know it isn't just because my tastes have changed--been eating it forever. Until the last few times I bought it--it's not good anymore. I switched to Honey Smacks. And didn't they used to be called Sugar Smacks? I can't find them anymore!

as we grow older our taste's change what we loved as a child or even a teen taste different when we get older try something a little less sweet I no longer use sugar on my cereal I like the natural taste.

they think upgrading it would be better so they add an add stuff what they dont know is " it tastes like crap "

4real i no wat u mean i ate that cereal all the time but now it just nasty i guess wen u eat it to much u get sick of it or it just might be nasty lol
