OK i have been "with" this guy for a few months now and it always was in the back of my mind that he never asked me out. But last night when were were...umm... hanging out.. he called me him girlfriend and i was like... what... anyway i didnt say anything and i just wanted to no.... idn.... she i think of him as my boyfriend now... he still has not asked me out...
All my friends say that if he didnt ask me out that im not tied down to him and still can do what ever i want with who ever..(not that kind of person) but idn... should i say somthing to him or just start callin him my Boyfriend? HELP

How can you be with someone and never go out? That doesn't make sense. If you've been with him a few months like you say and neither have seen anyone else, I would say that yeah you are a pair. It's kind of an unspoken thing. Sounds like your still in highschool. Talk to him and get it in the open. You'll just get more confused here. Also your friends don't seem to be helping much either. Again, talk to him.

That's rubbish. A guy doesn't have to officially "ask you out" for you two to be dating. I would hope that actions speak louder than words. If you are holding hands, kissing etc. I would say you are boyfriend and girlfriend. If he is interpreting it differently than you want him to, you MIGHT want to clear that up with him before you stomp all over his heart.

'will you go out with me' is the kids version of making it official although neither of them can take eachother out and they don't ever go out by the time the relationship ends.
if you are unsure and you 'guess' you call him your boyfriend because he called you his girlfriend. then you shouldn't be with him.
