What should i make to go along with salisbury steak tonight?

Tossed salad or mixed veggies. I like to cook an envelope of Lipton beefy onion soup mix which makes 4 cups. Once it is done, I add 4 cups of Minute Rice to it. Makes a really nice tasting side dish for beef entrees. Crescent rolls would be good, too!

Bring some over! I don't wanna cook tonight! LOL

I'm trying to be low-carb, so I'm avoiding the 'taters. My favorite recipe right now is Rachael Ray's Cheesy Cauliflower. Like Rachael or hate her, it's a tasty and easy recipe. You'd never know it was a vegetable and good for you instead of starchy potato goodness

I've added the recipe from Food Network, although it doesn't separate it out from the other recipe from the show. Sorry.

But try it! It's excellent!

Simple salad with a vinaigrette or maybe some steamed vegetables with a lemon squeezed over them. Keep to something easy and light to balance the steak.

Definitely garlic mashed potatoes. It's so traditional. How about steamed broccoli or asparagus with a hollandaise? Or if you don't want potatoes, how about a small pasta dish tossed with pesto? Some crusty bread, balsamic & olive oil, and a light green salad and you're set!
