Sour cream, chives, chili, cheese, bacon, onions...you can do any of those in just about any combination.

If you can twice bake the potato with some of the above toppings as a filling...even better.

I like butter, sour cream, chives, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. That is my favorite.

Some people on diets actually put salsa on their baked potatoes, but I'm not sure how that tastes?

love this question! I just had a baked potato last night, and boy do i like mine fully loaded!!

I first put butter an sour cream and mix it... then i pour some cubed ham on, mushrooms, sometimes broccoli, then i put some chili on top of that and some nice melted velveeta cheese... mix it all up, and it's awesome!!!

Taco meat and toppings. Or any of the other suggestions too. When I was on a diet I had a baked potato topped with lettuce and cottage cheese. It's really not as gross as it sounds and it's suprisingly good.
