Vagina and urethra. I've been with several virgins in my youth and I can't say they were this confused. I mean there is the stuff we learn in class that we had no clue about and them there's what is natural to us even if we are walking on new territory. Honestly, I would begin with manual stimulation and penetration until she felt comfortable. There really isn't no point to have intercourse if she is not going to enjoy it. Take your time with her. Maybe it feels unnatural to her to "put it in" herself. You are her first. Be easy with her when she finally decides to let you in. Take it slow. The last one I was with I didn't even "rock" much. No, there's only one vaginal opening. There are not "chambers" per se. So......yeah. There's only one way in and one way out. Just make sure you're not near her bum hole.
