The easiest way is the VGA connection on your computer. VGA-VGA. The best way is to get a video card that has an HDMI output. HDMI-HDMI. Middle of the road would be a DVI to HDMI cable you can get at best buy or online.

either s-video or DVI/HDMI inputs on the back of your tv. DVI/HDMI would definetly give you the better quality as s-video does not carry HD signal.
