One of the standard terms of probation/parole, as you know, is to not be around anyone on probation or parole unless the person is a member of your immediate family.

If you two were already married, there would be no problem. Since you aren't,if you two get married, that is absolute proof that both of you violated the conditions ordered by the court or DOC.

You could find the rest of your parole revoked, and you might be returned to the DOC to finish out your sentence. Your boyfriend could be revoked and he could be court ordered to serve any suspended sentence.

You're going to have to wait until one of you finishes your probation or parole.

And if you get caught together before then, you could be revoked.

I don't want to be cruel, but that's just a fact of life for those on probation and/or parole.

I don't know where you live, but, in my state the rules of probation and parole prohibit association with other felons. That being said, it is generally an unenforceable rule. I've had several probationers marry other probationers, and that, in itself, is not a cause for violation. However, I generally tell them that if they get into trouble together (commit a new offense), that will be another mark against them.
I am aware of one instance where an officer tried to keep a couple apart, and they complained up the chain of command, and the officer was told to back off. Good luck!!!!!

No, cheating continually motives stress on a relationship or marriage and would improve the divorce value. what's the component of marrying in case you're unlikely to be dedicated? that is incredibly not the "old days" adult men and girls do no longer could marry anymore. many women and adult men choose for to be single and by no ability marry. Marriage is for people who fall in love and prefer to be with that one individual they fell in love with for something of their existence. cheating isn't a gender ingredient. no longer all or only adult men cheat, women cheat to boot. So what are you going to declare for those women who cheat? That there could be male prostitutes for them? Or because of the fact considering the fact that the two genders "continually" cheat because of the fact they prefer type could all people develop right into a swinger?

I don't think they could stop you from getting married but I hope they can stop you from having children. Can you imagine how your kids would turn out, terrible. Please don't reproduce!
