Yes i eat raw cabbage, i make a french salad dressing and pour it over my shredded raw cabbage, you might feel a bit bloated after eating it, there is nothing better than eating it raw

Yes of course. That is what coleslaw is. When I lived on a farm, we also made our own sauerkraut. It is shredded cabbage packed firmly in a crock or barrel with a salt brine poured over it, therefore it could be considered raw.

I hope so. I make coleslaw with raw shredded cabbage all the time. Some mayo, vinegar, mustard, bit 'o sugar, etc....but it always starts with raw cabbage.
