One of the standard terms of probation/parole, as you know, is to not be around anyone on probation or parole unless the person is a member of your immediate family.

If you two were already married, there would be no problem. Since you aren't,if you two get married, that is absolute proof that both of you violated the conditions ordered by the court or DOC.

You could find the rest of your parole revoked, and you might be returned to the DOC to finish out your sentence. Your boyfriend could be revoked and he could be court ordered to serve any suspended sentence.

You're going to have to wait until one of you finishes your probation or parole.

And if you get caught together before then, you could be revoked.

I don't want to be cruel, but that's just a fact of life for those on probation and/or parole.

First if you are on probation or parole and your PO has told you that you are not to be together and they have told you that they will not allow you to be together..than there is your answer. If you do not follow these rules then your butt goes back to jail.
Now on the other hand your PO probably has a very good reason why you are not to be around each other. So why don't you two love birds get your act straightened up and then it won't be an issue.
Relationships with other probationers are not automatically denied...they are denied when the two of you keep getting into trouble together.
Get ready for prison because you obviously don't listen anyways...hope you enjoy your stay in DOC jak ask.
