Because you aren't looking where the quality guys are, or you don't have what they are looking for.
Think about it. If you go to a bar you are going to find the kind of guy who goes to pick up women in bars.
If you want a guy who is athletic, look at a gym. If you want a guy who has faith and values you look at Church. If you want a guy who makes money and works hard you look at the law schools and the buisness schools and Wall Street (or the City if you are in London). If you want a guy who stands up for what he believes in and is brave and can be counted on in an emergency you look at a military officers club or a police station or a fire station.
Of course, if you think those sorts of places and people are uncool and boring, you probably won't be attracting the kind of guys who hang out in those places... even if you were to go there.
If on the other hand you want "cool" "exciting" "bad boy" guys who only believe in "sex, drugs, and rock and roll." You dye your hair hot pink, dress like a rebel, and go to bars and hang out in clubs.... and you will meet the sort of guys who hang out in bars looking for girls with hot pink hair.

Because you have decided that you need one. Maybe you are looking for the wrong qualities initially that lesson the probability that he will have the true qualities you are looking for.

Men are like....
1. Men are like ....Laxatives ..... They irritate the crap out of you.
2. Men are like.... Bananas ....... The older they get, the less firm they are.
3. Men are like .... Weather . ...Nothing can be done to change them.
4. Men are like ...Blenders.... You need One, but you're not quite sure why.
5. Men are like .... Chocolate Bars .... Sweet, smooth, & they usually head right for your hips.
6. Men are like ... Commercials ....... You can't believe a word they say.
7. Men are like ....Department Stores ..... Their clothes are always 1/2 off.
8. Men are like ..... .Government Bonds .... They take soooooooo long to mature.
9. Men are like .... . Mascara .... They usually run at the first sign of emotion.
10. Men are like..... Popcorn... . They satisfy you, but only for a little while.
11. Men are like.... Snowstorms .... You never know when they're coming, how many inches you'll get or how long it will last.
12. Men are like ....... Lava Lamps .... Fun to look at, but not very bright.
13. Men are like ....Parking Spots.... All the good ones are taken, the rest are handicapped.
Or it could be that there are only 2 good men left in the world,,,and they're dating each other!
