I guess if you want the other person to be dreaming about you.....Its a play on words. If you are literally dreaming of someone dreaming about you, it could also be a dream within a dream.

No because I have internal thoughts which they wouldn't be aware of so how could they possibly be imagining me.
Solipsism is a pretty silly theory on its own and easily refuted - imagining someone else is imagining you is just insane.
