Losing weight is simple though not always easy. Sticking to an exercise routine and healthy eating is sometimes tough. You just have to make a decision that you will do this. This site has some very good articles on exercise and weight loss that may help you. Have faith that you will stick to it and lose the weight you want.

get the help from a pro--if you want to lose weight, improve your health generally, and have more energy then getting some nutritional help is vital. Once your body starts to absorb the right nutrients and vitamins and protein then you’ll be amazed how quickly you will feel the difference, usually within the first 48 hours if you get the right supplements and help. I had no energy and felt just generally rotten all round so I sought the advice of a nutritional coach (whose advice was FREE) and got myself some great products, I even got free samples before I got started so I could see just how good they were!! There is a website called myhealthabc.com If go on there and fill out the details page you will get a call with no pressure about what you need. There is a mall area as well that’s got some great info and its all set out with easy to follow headings so you can find what you want. It’s so easy and the stuff they have is excellent. I have been using their products for over two years and I feel great. I lost 70 pounds in less than seven months!! My sister lost 60 pounds in five months. The stuff is amazing

First and Foremost.. Forget about it. As a fitness trainer, I tell people not get on the scales for atleast 2weeks to start. The body takes that long to recognize the new diet and adjust its storage procedures. Also know that just because you binged the night before.. doesn't mean you blew your diet. One to two days of binging doesn't cripple a good diet plan. It shouldn't show any effects, if you return to your plan and try and stick with it. Don't ever give up. If you eat wrong for a week, get back on the train and do it again.
Also, I think if you go over 4 hours without eating you are gaining weight. Honestly, your body is storing what it thinks it needs to survive.. not for the day, but for even a week or so. And Diets that lack sufficient calories, make the body think you are starving. And will immediately store more calories, in case you do it again. So eat small meals, and eat often. It works. It seems strange to eat more. But your body will know nutrition is coming every few hours on the hour. And your body will tend to store less fat. Just try and eat healthy, and use healthy snacks between meals.
You can go as long as you sleep without eating. But be ready to eat a good breakfast.
Its no LIE when a skinny person says, " I eat all the time."
And " I eat more than you."

You can Lose 9 lbs every 11 days after you know these facts:

Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK.........
You cannot lose weight using Low Fat Diets. Low fat foods have been popular for more than 15 years, but yet our society is getting more overweight as each year passes. This fact alone should tell you that eating a purely low fat menu is not the answer to losing weight.

Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK........
You won't lose weight using a Low Calorie Dieting Plan either. In fact, eating low calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body, since that will only slow down your body's fat burning engine and ruin all chances of losing weight (low calorie diets may allow a few pounds of weight loss for the first few days, but then after that all weight loss comes to a halt --- known as a dieting plateau). You can never get slim by starving yourself.

Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK.......
You'll probably find it extremely difficult to get slim using a Low Carb Dieting Plan. Low carb diets have recently become popular over the last couple years, but the problem with low carb menus is that they are too strict and TOO HARD TO FOLLOW for average people. Low carb menus tend to rob your body of too much energy (carbohydrates) and make it nearly impossible to remain on the program for very long. This is why so many dieters find it difficult to follow a strict low carbohydrate menu.

In fact, the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!

Come to the source below,,It will tell you the whole secret of weight loss and it will tell you how to lose weight by eating Chicken,Fish Filet,Cottage Cheese, sandwich and so on.You can find weight loss is so easy and so happy!!!!!

You mentioned you eat even when you are not hungry, right?
You should eat only when you are hungry.
Eat slow and small portions.
Drink a lot of water.
Find a new hobby or join a club (this is call finding a new passion), you eat when you are not hungry because your passion is food.
Eat to live but do not live just for eating, keep in mind that all above mention suggestions are for the rest of your life.
Most important of all, eat as natural as you can: Eat fruit and vegetable raw primarily and if you do not like them than steam them. Avoid the two biggest poisons: white sugar and white flower. Limit your meats and always eat preferable white lean meat. Consume a lot of legumes (good source of protein).
Most important of all do not despair, develop a joy for your new routine, stay active (with your passion), and with time you will not crave at all (the wrong foods) junk. If you must have some junk food than go ahead, eat a very small portion just to satisfy the craving. Enjoy your new life.
